Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

  • Centralize projects in one solution
  • Govern compliance workflows
We tested workfront, on a trial basis, to see if we could benefit from better workflow and coordination between teams.

Pros

  • Workflow to remote users
  • Prompting and managing each task completed

Cons

  • Required complex admin.... available resources set up was cumbersome and required each user to keep status up to date
  • More flexible reporting tools would be helpful
  • We tested Workfront for approximately a year. We found it more complex than we needed for the tasks we expected to manage. Many of our lead employees are disconnected at periods throughout the day and the logging aspect was cumbersome for this group.
The folks at workfront were absolutely professional and accommodating to our training and support requirements. Great group of people
