Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
- The person who bought Workfront was really attracted by the Look & Feel in the demo.
- The last time I checked, we were still using a time-consuming manual workaround for a bug with email routing with no scheduled fix.
- I spend a lot of time scrolling past stuff I don't use, and things don't always work the way I think they do. I am sure that is something that could be resolved by training and configuration, or at least mitigated, but the cost of a dedicated Workfront administrator would be considerable.
- I do not think it has improved process or productivity.
- Added administrative overhead to everyone's job.
I was not part of the selection process, but I am fairly sure that it was chosen because there is no cost for user accounts for our customers. That is nice, price-wise, but not a great criterion for picking a customer service application.
