- Allows colleagues to collaboratively work on projects online at the same time. No more emails, spreadsheets and shared folders.
- Easy access through the app on the phone.
- Very intuitive and easy to use for even the most tech-challenged folks.
Cons
- The proofhq integration with Workfront is horrible. There are so many issues and it needs to be transitioned to HTML 5 asap.
- Workfront has significantly the speed in which our company gathers reviews and approvals on document. It sped up the process and reduced printing.

Yes, internal collaboration has been improved a lot. We don't require much external collaboration.
Good professional services. User conference was very useful as well for learning how other companies use Workfront. The biggest challenge is user adoption and getting people to buy in to it.
