Pros
- It allows inter company interaction on individual projects.
- Workfront has a good reporting setup that allows tracking of the most low level requirements
Cons
- Work front needs to improve accuracy of data collection from the forms to enhance reporting
- The software as a whole breaks up reports and throws a complete logical report into a frizzy for no reason this is a bug issue that needs to be resolved.

Workfront has not helped to large extent with collaboration as Workfront does have a lot of bugs and scheduling issues that need a solution. I've been using Workfront for over 2 years now, and the scheduling tool has not helped in any way improve what any other Excel spreadsheet can do.
I was provided services on Workfront reporting and how to improve the process flow project creation using tasks and custom forms.
