Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We use Workfront to manage our Graphics Team requests for product related materials. It provides easy access, approvals, status, and copies of the final product. It integrates seamlessly with email and provides instant alerts to status changes. Definitely helps keep projects on track for us. The user base for us has been increasing as teams grow.

We had briefly used Workamajig. It has been a while and I did not spend much time in it. What I can remember is the functionality and tracking in Workfront is far better. Previous software also lacked seamless email and alert functionality. It looks like we will stay with Workfront for quite a while as a corporation.
For me, tracking graphics requests is the only task I use it for. It works well, shows me where the project is, with whom, and the project status. I like that it offers a log of interaction between the requester, group manager, responsible party, and others involved. I like that it handles start to finish and keeps all markups, requests, reference materials, and final drafts in the same place.
