Overall Satisfaction with Workfront Library
To store open art files of our marketing assets. We purchased the DAM to store our assets as opposed to having them stored with various agencies. We wanted to reduce risk and reduce cost.
- Upload and download files
- Easy to navigate without too much training
- Stores what you need in one place
- The UI is a little clunky
- We are missing the functionality to quickly add metadata to the contents of a whole folder at once
- The search function can be a little hit or miss
- Reduces the risk of not knowing where a certain asset is stored
- No more file retrieval fees
- Everything located in one place that everyone can access
- But ..... it’s a painful process locating all your files and setting it up. No fault of the DAM
Seems to have similar features to other NZ local options we investigated. But what appealed was its integration with Workfront which we use.
