It's being used for parallel projects planning with resources split between different projects/locations.

Microsoft Project

Very poor to manage many project with shared resources

Collaboration

Using workfront the entire team has clear visibility about single tasks and overall project scheduling

Adobe Workfront Professional Services

Better to have customer mother tongue support. Regarding my recent support experience, the support isn't so smart to catch immediately the customer's issue and suggesting a quick and correct solution.

Likelihood to Recommend

I don't suggest it for a small team working on a project in series and/or frequent project scope/priority change.

33 - I lead R&D team composed by 33 people but increasing year by year. Also others functions inside our company/organization are using WorkFront too as manufacturing engineering, supply chain and so no. Basically we're using for tasks scheduling, timesheets evaluation, projects planning.
The tools is used since 2010 and it's a local tool.
