It is used by one department and helps with organizing large jobs with lots of small tasks.

Wrike is well suited for many different types of shops. It works very well for longer tasks with multiple team members. It gives you the ability to assign tasks, take notes and request follow up, if issues arise. It also gives you the ability to send tasks to the software over email.
