Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used by our organization as a project management tool. The whole team, which consists of the creative side and client side, reference Wrike on a daily basis to keep ahead of tasks and upcoming deadlines. Not only does it keep our team aware of project hours and needs, it also helps us save time in production meetings and client reporting each week.
- Wrike does a good job of offering multiple views of a task timeline. The more visual team members preview the table view, while the project managers focus on the Timeline view for its ability to create task dependencies.
- Wrike's daily email is a helpful reminder for our team members at the beginning of the day. Not only does it set a path for the day's tasks, but it also keeps the account team aware of which tasks are being completed.
- The Wrike folders are helpful when organizing tasks into multiple simultaneous projects. Related projects can be tagged together in one folder, for meetings or follow-up reminders, while still remaining separate to avoid overloading team members.
- Wrike releases many new updates for the Enterprise software, but often neglects the Professional users. Not much focus is put on encouraging Professional software users to upgrade, which could be done with new feature releases.
- Wrike has increased our employee efficiency since it has encouraged the account and traffic coordinators to keep a closer eye on tasks. By assigning and completing tasks throughout the week, projects are assigned effectively and completed quickly.
- Time has been saved while using Wrike - our team has seen 20-30 minutes saved in production meetings each week.
- Wrike has helped the team finish projects within allotted hours, since they know what is coming up and how many tasks are needed to complete a project.
