Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We manage a number of projects in the IT department. Some are very simple and some are more complex. Being a small department we don't have dedicated project managers, so everyone really ends up being their own project manager.
- Easy to use interface
- Provides visibility across projects
- Very customizable
- Task level tracking and reporting is very good. The main area for improvement I see would be at the project (aka folder) level.
- Since it easy to use our staff is more likely to keep their project and task status updated.
