Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We're using Wrike in web development. It's very difficult to organize people who have a lot of disorganization, but Wrike copes without any problems. Programmers, designers, sales-managers, directors are working together without problems; tasks are not forgotten and they are executed on time. This is very important especially when you pay special attention to your customers.
- Fast interface. It's very important for good working.
- A lot of integrations. Especially important for us - making tasks from Gmail documents.
- Convenient Gantt diagram. In web development the work is impossible without it.
- Mobile apps. I'm always working with my BlackBerry android app.
- Easy to use.
- Very good support.
- Some shortcomings in mobile app. Most important - task editing is inconvenient and so sloooow (Android app)
- The price isa little high, and even for that price the number of users (5 and 15) is too low (It would be fair if it could be 10 and 20-25 users).
- Increased employee's efficiency!
- Asana,Bitrix24,WORKetc CRM,Comindwork
The most similar products that I found:
1) Asana. No Gantt diagram, no tasks from Gmail account, but free. Good product.
2) Work[etc] It's like Wrike but has much more different things for work. The biggest minus - price. Work[etc] is very expensive.
3) Bitrix24. Very good product and for small team is free with all features. Have no tasks from Gmail account. If there had been - we would have chosen it.
4) Comindwork. How I remember - tasks from Gmail account doesn't work properly and we didn't stop on it.
