Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to manage retreat leads for our camping program in 7 sites across the state.

Pros

  • The dashboard feature is very customizable.
  • The progress tracking is good.
  • Subtasks are a nice feature.

Cons

  • It would be nice to have an option to prompt users to comment before exiting a task - encouraging more updates that way on progress.
  • Multi-user.
  • Folder access.
  • It's harder to "lose" a retreat lead than it was before we had Wrike.
  • It's helpful to make sure all leads are followed up on in a timely manner.

It's not a great product for on-the-ground things like a pool maintenance checklist. It is great for computer-oriented tasks involving multiple people.
