Wrike - The Best for Creative Teams!
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for all departments, but I focus on the Creative team within the Marketing team. We use it for requests from internal and external projects and project/timeline management. We have projects and blueprints set up that are automatically launched and managed. We also use Wrike for project communication through task comments and keep timelines straight.
Pros
- Project Management
- Communication
- Workload Management/Resourcing
- Campaign Management
Cons
- UI updates to make more intuitive and easy to learn for new users
- Better tracking of tasks within projects
- Google Drive integration
- More advanced request forms
- Projects get done!
- Workload is managable
- Sometimes tasks get lost in projects
Wrike works better from a Creative standpoint, in my opinion. Wrike is geared more towards visual files/elements with the proofing tools, request forms, and task set up. I am able to keep creative tasks in line more than Asana and create dependencies. Additionally, I am able to create a custom archive system, which Asana is not as geared toward. With the amount of projects we have, an archive system is essential.
