Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

The marketing operations team works with Wrike to execute global, regional and customer-joint marketing campaigns.

Using request forms, the most crucial data is captured from the get-go and can be used throughout the project. My role is more technical, integrating internal tools and systems with Write Tasks using the well-documented API.

Pros

  • Attach and link different resources.
  • Use more fixed process to start and change as hoc.
  • Customised filters.

Cons

  • More deeper API integrations for certain parts (e.g. forms).
  • Better visibility on workload.
  • Clear due dates and expectations across team.
  • Standardised starting points for projects.
Trello has a more column-based approach and lacks advanced workflow/status possibilities across multiple teams/involved people.
