Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike as our marketing project management tool. We create all requests in Wrike and our marketing coordinator assigns them to the correct resource. In addition, we use Wrike to collaborate on every project, all notes and communication are run through Wrike so it helps us stay on track and make sure everyone is on the same page.

More flexibility for some tasks that don't fit the exact templates we have

Alternatives Considered

Asana

Wrike and Asana are different, but I prefer Wrike for our use case. The templates our team has built out and the work flows we have in place seem to make more sense for our organization opposed to Asana. They both have strong task management functions, but I still prefer Wrike for our team.

Wrike seems well suited for companies similar to us -- small to medium sized organizations who are looking for a task management/project management tool that will allow your teams to easily collaborate. I think it is a pretty robust tool, but potentially a larger organization with more departments, channels, needs could need a different solution.
