Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We currently use Wrike to help us manage project requests from outside departments. By funneling all projects requests through Wrike, this allows us to auto filter the types of request we receive and by department/team. We can then easily discuss, assign and prioritize. This allows us all to stay on the same page and easily keep all parties in the loop.
In the past we would receive requests by email and or event sometimes by a text. Formalizing the process has helped keep everyone in the loop and on task.

- A robust search feature for previous and current projects
- Some more customizable questionnaire features
- We used to miss requests, or lose track of requests but Wrike keeps us on track now
- By staying on track we are actually able to accomplish more e.g., attend more conferences, support additional webinars.
- We are able to capture website fixes by having others submit issues they find or suggestions they have.
