Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used Wrike in our organisation to plan out our day, assign tasks and keep our operation groups updated with progress. The tool was at the heart of our operations and gave managers a bird eye view of all events happening at the company.

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike was great at creating tasks, assigning them and providing updates and status on when they were being worked on, if there were issue and when work was complete. It allowed us to track ontime delivery, where there were gaps in our process where. It was easy to onboard people in the platform and generate basic reporting. Where the platform struggled was with attachments and natively opening them up. Being an IT group we used to get a lot of attachments on requests and a lot of time had to export them from Wrike to be able to open them.
