Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use it as a primary means to track tasks and billable activity for clients as well as for internal task tracking and timekeeping.

Pros

  • Automate recurring tasks
  • Gantt chart/timeline production based on tasks within a folder

Cons

  • Notifying a user if they are making changes that will be reflected for the whole company or just for them (such as inputting non-working days)
  • Helps us to understand what staff is working on (or not working on) to gauge productivity without conducting supervision in a helicopter way

We generate Gantt charts frequently for clients to update them on the progress of the work they hired us to do and the way Wrike has integrated that, and allowed for a share feature without requiring full access to Wrike, is incredibly useful. That paired with dashboarding per project makes understanding the status of work fairly seamless.
