Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used for project management. We make a sale and then that scope of that sale is captured in Wrike. At one time I also used it for organizational purposes for the Account Management team. We were able to have all our clients listed and keep reminders to call them. We have numerous projects and it keeps us up to date on what next steps are we use blue prints for certain projects so there is a streamlined process for getting different items done within each project.

  • The updates have made the system a bit too busy. Simple is best.
  • It has had a positive impact on our ROI, we are organized and know what is going on with any given project.
