We use this as a project management tool, a knowledge base, and form builder with process flows. I has become the perfect tool when issuing credit request for customers, as it sets up multiple level for approvals. THis makes it easier for management to to get all needed details prior considering and approvals. Wrike also provides a great space toe separate area when working in cross departmental projects.

For us credit memos, these credit memos require multilevel verification and approvals prior to final management approval. With this in mind Wrike provides the exact level and assignment indicators. When we approve an area and switch it to the next level it assigns the necessary people making the process easy to complete. I would have liked for Wrike to require comments instead of making them optional on completion.
