Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I utilize it with my full digital team. I am in charge of the pre-sale side of the business - handling all new sales opportunities that come in from our sales reps. Fill out a form that populates our Wrike board. I take the opportunity and assign it to myself or others on my team as needed. We also created another view within Wrike for sales management to have a high level view into the weekly opportunities that have funneled in from the reps. Once the opportunity has been sold, the orders also flow through our board with a different form-fill submission. That is when the other side of our team gets involved in order fulfillment and performance management of the account.

- Option to make a sub-item into its own Wrike card.
- Our company manages every digital dollar through Wrike. If the board were deleted today, we would be lost as an organization.
