Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
The key thing I've used Wrike for in my organisation is planning resource against each project. It enables us to see, for the whole team, what the available capacity is and who is working on what, on a day-by-day basis. This enables us to plan who should be on which project, and how to best distribute work across the team.

Cons
- It would be good if it was easier to see, at a glance, the team on a single project and their respective resource
- Not all projects are visible for everyone, meaning only some people have a full view of realistic team resource
- Far more efficient at managing projects
- Staff satisfaction levels increased due to better management of time across multiple projects
- Time savings for submitting annual leave
