Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Problems that led us to Wrike were: Lack of visibility across hiring and HR Ops and weak accountability in cross functional projects. How we use it has expanded ever since. In my department, we've built a Wrike intake form for HRBPs to submit comp changes. Approvals automatically route to comp then legal if necessary.
Pros
- Heat maps visibility across projects
- The custom fields are so essential to our workflow
- Easy collaborations
Cons
- Reviewing long chains of substacks isn't as smooth as I'd like
- Poorly written automation rules could be catastrophic to your entire workflow
- The clustered work around juggling emails and spreadsheets is all gone
- Automation of workflows saves us tens of hours per week
- Our operations lean more towards strategic
So far I've only used the AI text summarization feature. To be honest, it's nothing groundbreaking especially after being spoilt by Chatgpt for so long.
