Good program but paywall blocks best features
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike for my own personal to-do list. I use the program to keep track of what Items I need to do personally. Wrike has not been implemented team-wide, but it is a program I like to use for my personal needs. Wrike is a program that I like, but do not love, for a few reasons that I will get into later in my review.
Pros
- Project manament
- To-Do tracking
- Reminders for specific Items
Cons
- Team capabilities in the free version
- Ability to automate tasks to be sent to other users
- Cost prohibitive
- Personal to do tracking
- Project management
- Reminders for due dates
Since the AI features were released, I have not used the program. Additionally, the AI features are all behind a paywall, preventing free users like me from trying them. I wish they had more available in the free version to see what is possible in the paid version and the potential it could have.
- Trello
Wrike hides a lot of its best features behind a paywall. I could not even have additional users with my account, so when the time came to look into my team getting on other platforms, since platforms like Trello had a lot of free features available to us. That is why my team ended up on Trello with a paid account.
