Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
We use Wufoo to build contact forms for smaller efforts and test projects, so we don't have to tie up precious development teams. We are using Wufoo on a couple larger projects as well and it flexible enough to meet our needs.
Pros
- Very configurable, and easy to set up rules and conditional logic.
- Extremely quick to build a form and report
- Easy to style with CSS
- Can be embedded easily within our CMS, via a simple javascript embed
Cons
- Would be good to see a feature that allows an either/or required field. (mixing of conditionals with required fields are not currently possible).
- We have been able to roll out contact forms and lead forms without using our developers. That enables us to keep developers on tech projects, and allows content and design folks to build forms. Our CMS does not allow easy form creation, so it's been a huge help.
We have used Freedback forms, but it isn't as powerful or customizeable. Also it doesn't have a report builder. Also there is a small limit t the number of forms it allows. Wufoo is very generous with it's limits.
