Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
We utilize Wufoo for application forms for our various events, surveys to collect feedback from past events, scheduling meetings by collecting necessary client data, employee reviews, etc. We basically have found a way to use Wufoo forms in a little bit of everything we do. It integrates wonderfully into our WordPress website, is easy to email someone a form link, and collect all the data in a downloadable format.
Pros
- Easy to create forms and applications
- Easy to have the responses emailed to whoever you want
- Easy to download the data into spreadsheets
Cons
- I would love to see project folders so when you get as many forms as we have you can sort them by project or topic
- I wish there was a way the reports auto loaded all the questions from the form and then you just had to edit what format you want that response represented
- Better feedback from clients and participants
- More organized information collection
We have used Google Forms in the past as well and we do like it's ability to populate a google drive spreadsheet immediately that can be shared with an entire committee.
We do have a lot of long term use forms though that wufoo has more stability for maintaining.

Using Wufoo
4 - We are a small non-profit and everyone has to do a little bit of everything. Program management, human resources, event management, data collection, etc.
3 - Wufoo is fairly easy to learn and understand. Everyone has an overall basic knowledge and one person has more advanced understanding.
