Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
As a Realtor, we are always looking for more clients. Integrating Wufoo into our website in order to help capture leads has been a great decision. Their ease of creating forms and full customization make it easy to create the perfect form for your prospects. Clients have mentioned they appreciate the ability to request a market evaluation any time of day (or night) and allows us to capture the information to help turn a prospect into a client.
- Lack of technical experience is just fine, very easy to create.
- Lots of options for customizing.
- Could use a few more options to 'pretty' up the forms.
- Some basic flow improvements would be welcome such as continuous typing for a phone number instead of having to tab over or click the next box.
- More flexibility to build the form the way you want.
- We have already made our money back many times over with the first client we were able to secure using this form.
