Pros and Cons

Versatile field types allow the creation of a wide variety of forms.
Responsive layout means forms work across devices without us needing to write any code.

Implementing themes (color and layout schemes) is a little bit messy and could use an overhaul.

Return on Investment

Wufoo has supported our ROI by offering features that would otherwise take a lot of time to code.

Alternatives Considered

Google Forms

Wufoo is superior while Google Forms are very basic and limited. They also don't embed well.
