Overall Satisfaction with Xactly SimplyComp

It is being used by Sales and Account Management team. Finance no longer needs to calculate commissions and issue a commission statement using Excel.

Pros

  • Calculate a commission payment based on comp plan
  • Customizable for a complex comp plan
  • Dashboard for the user to know where things are

Cons

  • Need to have an approval flow built in as part of the software
  • Saving finance resources by at least a quarter of headcount per year
