It is being used by Sales and Account Management team. Finance no longer needs to calculate commissions and issue a commission statement using Excel.
- Calculate a commission payment based on comp plan
- Customizable for a complex comp plan
- Dashboard for the user to know where things are
- Need to have an approval flow built in as part of the software
- Saving finance resources by at least a quarter of headcount per year
