Overall Satisfaction with Xactly SimplyComp

The whole Sales team uses it to view their comp data. It allows for quick access to their statements and all the details around the deals they were paid in for the prior period.

Pros

  • Easy setup.
  • Ease of use.
  • Quick implementation.

Cons

  • Workflows.
  • Manager dashboards.
  • Made our environment much more professional.
  • Saved me 5 hours a month in calculations.
Simply IMO was much easier to use.
The SMB Market is great but enterprise would be cumbersome.
