Xero - the best and easiest accounting software I have used in 35 years of finance

We are a golf tour operator and I use Xero for all accounting in the business including sales and purchases and payroll. My Accountant has access to it for formal accounting functions and for advising us.

Absolutely. I can see at a glance the P&l, which enables us to investigate and put measures in place to ensure there is no overspend on any category of costs. Also, mid-codings are easily identified. I could not have managed the effects of this pandemic without Xero. I have had to reschedule golf tours on at least 2 occasions and some on 6 occasions. [Without Xero] I don’t think we would have been awarded the level of the grant we received from the government due to the loss of business in the pandemic. With the reports, I was able to apply and illustrate the effect of the pandemic on our business.
