Overall Satisfaction with Xero

To deal with all of our financial transactions, quotes for support on EPOS, hardware and software renewals, quotes for new systems, invoices for consumables for the systems.

Pros

I like it as we used to use another program which was not so speedy or efficient
I would not say it has made much difference and there have been a few little down time episodes which impacted things. I would like to say its 100% reliable but there has been more downtime than Sage had when we used it years ago
It has simplified integration and made life much easier for accounting purposes
Sage was what we used to use but it was more cumbersome but I liked its use of the English language very politely which Xero does not have

Xero is an easy program to use for when a customer accepts a quote and the facility of turning the quote into an invoice is so straightforward, I really like it and use it a lot.
