Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We are using Xero in our organisation for managing accounting and track errors in cash flow. Cash flow accounting, incurred expense, tax reporting, AP project and AR project. Timesheet updates, invoice posting, Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation. If we have NGOs related work we can track funds or donations very easily on cash basis and accrual basis. It is very time consuming and we can bulk upload the invoices at a time.

Because it is user friendly. We can track expenses and receivables at the same time. It makes accounting simple and saves time. It’s good for small businesses but not for bigger ones. It requires extra effort for onboarding, advanced reporting, and integrations, making it less ideal for complex or highly regulated businesses.
It is software where we can reduce our manual working. It is user friendly and time consuming. It is software where we can collaborate our team at the same time. Our Team can track their timesheet in the software. It can collaborate with other supporting software like bill.com or hubstock. Inventory management can also track.
For small businesses and startups it is worth it for investment.

Small businesses, startup growing, NPOs organisation donation tracker, Timesheet management inventory management. Working from multiple countries can collaborate in one software. We can use this software across the world and at a same time we can track everything. We can connect 800 banks and reconcile them. This is very user friendly software. Good accounting concepts with transactional journal entries.
