Integrations have never been easier.
Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
The problem Zapier solves is that we're surrounded by incredible technologies, but many of them don't integrate. Without integration, data is silo'ed and often, much of the business value is lost. Zapier is used to connect applications without native integrations into a smooth data flow.
Pros
- Really easy to use. It's impressive how simple they've made connecting APIs.
- A lot of integrations. Occasionally I'll run into one that they don't have, but the integrations (and functions you can do with the integrations) are really impressive.
- Quality. I've never run into a glitch with Zapier (that I'm aware of). Seems to be well made.
Cons
- It'd be awesome to be able to work with Zapier from inside applications as an extension of sorts. I.E. not having to log into a separate system to make changes. Not sure if that's even possible, though.
- Use cases for some of the integrations would be helpful. There's a few things that sound interesting, but unsure how exactly they would be applied.
- I gained increased ROI from all of my tools by connecting them (consistent, holistic data sources)
- I saved money by not needing a developer in some cases.
- I saved time because Zapier is simple, and I don't have to bother sifting through API documentation.
