Helpful product with consistent updates, but room for improvement
Overall Satisfaction with Zendesk Suite
[...] uses Zendesk Suite for all customer communications, including support and onboarding channels. We use the platform for email, chat, and text/SMS support channels and various integrations to share data between our other platforms, like Hubspot. Additionally, we use integrations to improve the support team's efficiency and provide AI-based responses to level-one tickets.
Pros
- Product updates are frequent
- Many channels available for communications
- Many integrations with other programs available
Cons
- Hard to set up
- Configurations can be confusing as things get built on top of each other
- Support is not always very fast or helpful
- ROI takes time due to high cost
- Room for improvement, but no other better options on the market
In my opinion, both the help center and working with support agents could use a lot of work. Responses often take considerable time and getting a helpful answer is often difficult
