Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

I found Zenefits particularly useful for its ability to integrate with our mobile platform enabling us to onboard employees quickly and efficiently in the field. We were able to provide access to benefits, onboarding documents, and more. This made our HR team's job much simpler and for that lone Zenefits delivered.

  • Simple to use.
  • Different pricing for smaller teams.
  • Simplifying employee onboarding.
Gusto was much simpler, lower cost but offers far less functionality - better for super small teams at early stage companies.
I think Zenefits is the powerhouse player in the space because it delivers a great product. It's easy to use, benefits all stakeholders and has basically every feature/functionality you could ask for. Again, I think the only reason my answer wasn't a 10 is I think it occasionally doesn't fit super small companies as well.
Every time there was an issue as it relates to technical integration into our platform we were able to receive quick response. Everyone was super helpful and the level of service we received was excellent.I wasn't as hands-on with the support side but I always heard very positive things about it.

Zenefits is well suited for companies of basically all sizes. Better for companies past the 20 employee mark, but overall great one size fits all solution. Companies that onboard employees nationally and want the ability to do so digitally, through mobile solutions, Zenefits has great integration capabilities to simplify that process.
