Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
At Walls Outdoor Goods, we are currently using Ziflow for project proofs and review. At the moment it is primarily used by the marketing dept. but other departments are looking into if it would be a good tool for them as well. Or proofing system before Ziflow, was lot of back and forth emails from a lot of different people. Now everything is streamlined all in one place with everyone having visibility to everyone's comments.
- Visibility for everyone on all comments.
- Creating deadlines and sending alerts.
- Ability to see proof progress for each individual.
- When I complete a proof, it almost never shows up under the Completed Proofs section.
- When I reply to a comment with an attachment, the @ person never sees the attachment.
- It would be great to swap or add pages within a version without having to create a whole new version.
- We have definitely gotten a great return on our investment.
- Project reviews are running smoother than ever.
- No more lost comments through a sea of emails.

Ziflow has been great at delivering our company with a superior proofing system. While I was on the fence between GoProof and Ziflow, I ultimately made the decision to use Ziflow for a few reasons.
- They set up live demonstrations of how the system works and answered all my questions on the spot.
- The system isn't integrated though all the Adobe programs yet. This was important to me because I wanted to keep my working projects and proofing separated.
