Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow for proofing videos. Ziflow helps keep projects organized and helps with the internal and external reviews of our videos. By using Ziflow we are able to stay organized within the filing system the software creates. Not only are we able to internally review our projects but we are able to share the projects with our clients. This makes it easy for reviewing, commenting, and approving our videos.

When using other software for reviewing projects, we have [used] Frame.io and Ziflow interchangeably. One thing I really like that Ziflow does over Frame.io is that it allows you to stack different versions on the project. Such as when you are making edits to a video you are able to stack the newest version on top of the older one and it is easier to compare the two.
Ziflow was able to help out [the] company review videos not only internally but externally. When we have clients that are located all over the world, Ziflow helps alleviate the stress of sharing files and projects with our clients. The software helps keep everything organized within each filing system that way it makes it easier for proofing.
