Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

I use Ziflow to upload proofs to cross-functional teams to review. I use it upload social, email, and web deliverables. Being in retail, I am uploading daily to Ziflow and share with several employees in the company. They provide feedback with me and we work through issues in the proof. It's an easy to use tool that members outside of marketing have no issue learning and using with us.
  • Easy-to-use interface
  • Able to keep proofs organized and easy to filer and search to past proofs
  • Very customizable, each proof can have a different setting and it's easy to make those changes
  • Each proof stage can be different. A different message sent out, different deadline, etc.
  • Being able to view a proof before uploading it would be very helpful.
  • The ability to replace/delete/add files to an existing proof (even if it is limited to a certain timeframe from when uploaded).
  • I seem to get glitches regarding proof locking before it's time or unarchiving themselves, opening the proof back up for comments.
  • Being able to pre-customize ALL stages of a proof and allow certain people to stop a proof from moving forward, etc has saved a lot of time and miscommunication.
  • I know that this product saved our company money when switching over from what we previously used and it has worked just as great, if not better!
  • I think my productivity has been higher since switching over, because I set a workflow and customize each stage, I have been able to focus on other projects while the proof goes through its stages.
Ziflow has made getting creative content very easy. We push to multiple teams outside of my department and each time we do so, it has been so easy for each team to leave comments and feedback, even for our less "tech-savvy" departments. Being able to customize the stages thoroughly has made it easier to push the content through each stage.
My team and I collaborate very well on Ziflow. Making comments is easy and even do some proofing on there has proved to be convenient. Because the interface is so straight forward, many departments have found making comments and suggestions very easy. With out previous system, I think some people chose to offline the suggestion and tell one person their feedback, rather than the whole team, which causes more confusion than anything. It's definitely an easy program for collaboration.

Do you think Ziflow delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Ziflow's feature set?

Yes

Did Ziflow live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Ziflow go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Ziflow again?

Yes

We previously used Workfront before switching to Ziflow. As far as I know, it was a money saver and the help team is way more personable at Ziflow. The stages and workflows are way more customizable and you can organize proofs way easier.

The only thing I miss with Workfront is that it was an all-in-one project AND proof management system. With Ziflow, we have to upload the proof on Ziflow and then we use Asana for project management. Both GREAT programs but I haven't been able to figure out to sync them together. I am used to that now but it was a disappointment in the beginning.
Overall, Ziflow is easy to use and has really helped me and my team better organize our proofs. There are so many more customizable options than previous proof management systems we have used. It's also easy to organize proofs in folders and categories and I love that I can set a workflow and not have to worry about activating or locking stages manually.

I do wish there is more room to edit the files in proofs once they are uploaded and/or be able to view and make general comments before people can open the proof for themselves. While it's so easy to use, I do wish that it connected better with out project management system. I thought that would be easier but that has not been a huge pain on my end.
