Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Our team has been working remotely for two years and counting. We use Ziflow as our main proofing tool as it allows us to collaborate seamlessly with our team members: designers, copywriters, etc. The range of options and functionality of markup tools makes it easier to communicate visually without the need to go on a call or face-to-face meeting.

Ziflow is much simpler for us while still being very capable with its feature set. In our experience, Ziflow had more features than Workfront.
monday.com, Clockify, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
It fits our needs perfectly and we were able to deploy and integrate it into our systems in a single day. It's best for small teams that are used to working with multiple apps. It probably won't be as appropriate for huge teams that want all of their communications, project management, proofing, etc to live in a single app.
