We use Ziflow for product proofs, it makes file sharing and editing very easy.

- Better search engine, search not being case sensitive so I can find proofs easier
- Work/ task tracking function added
- Reduced cost for using
- Improved efficiency
- Increased content output
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Increased traceability
- Trello and monday.com
We chose Ziflow because it felt like the perfect fit. Its user-friendly design and powerful features stood out from the rest. It just clicked with our team, making collaboration a breeze and streamlining our content review process like never before. I will mention that Trello has a better task logging system but Ziflow is the best for artwork.
