Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We compared multiple software providers and this was the best. It had solutions that we did not even know we needed! It was also great to see this for all file format being available. We use it for website proofing, ads proofing and even PDF proofing. Multiple workflows and people can be setup.

- UI could be a little cleaner but it has a lot of features, so it make sense

Ziflow had the better user interface and looked more modern. The integration with Adobe products helped our design team as well and setting deadlines and no limits on file uploads where advantages from Ziflow versus GoProof. we had several demos and the ease of use of Ziflow was just better than other products. They had an agency plan as well that was lower than proof as well which worked much better for us. We were able to deploy it for the whole company, including Sales.
