Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow as our main review tool for all internal and external marketing/information pieces. Previously, we printed out physical copies of the promotional material and used a folder system to keep track of who had completed their reviews. Prior to that it was done through back and forths over email. Ziflow allows us to centralize the review process and maintain a strong understanding of where each project stands.

- Track who has made final decisions regarding a proof status
- Track how many versions we have had to go through to reach the final
Cons
- Better integrate the website review interface
- Allow certain users to upload proofs without having to be an owner
- Ability to organize proofs by Owner
- The most obvious advantage is accountability. Ziflow provides us with a way to track the requests made by certain users and holding them accountable to the number of changes after the fact.
- Ziflow has made our review process more efficient by centralizing all users under one application. The ability to send reminders to those falling behind is also quite valuable.
- The fact that Ziflow allows us to attached reference documents to proofs allowas our users to provide alternate source documents as supplemental material for certain projects.
