Overall Satisfaction with Zip Intake-to-Procure

We use Zip for approving all non-expensed spend at Nylas. Approvals across hierarchy, finance, accounting, IT, legal, and other teams all are routed through Zip. We can now get full visibility into upcoming spend and plan better, and push back when we need to.

Zip is great for software purchases and renewals and most of our services spend. I do think there are some contingent worker-specific capabilities that Zip could build.
