Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter

We did the trial job posting. I used it to find an employee to work in our warehouse filling orders and building products.
  • The interface is nice looking.
  • The trial erased ALL posting information!! The minute the trial was over they locked me out of the account and all information from the past. I was a hostage that could not see any of the applicants unless I paid for an actual subscription. Had they told me that in the beginning I would’ve printed out every resume. We will never use ZipRecruiter again!!
  • Fewer candidates compared to Indeed.
  • Wasted my time!!! First and last time we use them!!
  • 40-something applicants on ZipRecruiter versus 200+ applicants on Indeed.
We've also used Indeed. It is head and shoulders above ZipRecruiter.
They kept our account locked out after the trial and tried to collect payment from us when we wanted to just view the applicants. We lost all access to the account and had to pay to even see applicants during our legitimate trial period.
