Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter

We were hiring for a position in our Credit Department and used ZipRecruiter to post that position. I have only used it for that department. It helped us to receive and filter through candidates for this position.

  • Manageability of candidates.
  • Contact of candidates.
  • Ease of use.
  • Quick response.
We have also used Indeed.com to gather candidates. I do prefer it to ZipRecruiter. It had more functionality, and there was the option to post jobs for free, without having to pay after a certain amount of time.

ZipRecruiter was helpful to us. We received several applicants to the position we offered. I would not say that they were all the most qualified, but we did receive several that were worth follow up. Although, we did not end up hiring any of these candidates.
