Overall Satisfaction with Zix

It's being used primarily by unions who have to deal with the personal information of their members to protect such things as medical claims, etc. Users rely upon automatic rules-based encryption of email to comply with HIPAA and their insurance requirements.

Automatic rules-based encryption. Ability to force encryption by use of keywords. No user training or actions necessary. No software required on computers. I can't imagine it being easier to use. Initial setup requires system administrators to make MX/DNS changes but that is to be expected for a third-party product.
Zix does a lot, but we mainly look to it for email encryption. It makes sense when you have 25 users or more and where confidential information is being sent outside the company and needs to be encrypted for regulatory purposes.
