Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Campaigns
We're using Zoho Campaigns to replace our previous email campaign management tools. It's being used by customer success management, partner management, and marketing to engage current customers, partners, and prospects.
- Decent user interface
- Native Integration with Zoho CRM
- Contact sync with CRM is very difficult
- Campaigns sync with CRM Campaigns module is challenging

Zoho Campaigns is a clumsy attempt to further bring your customer management under the Zoho umbrella. Contact management and CRM integration need a lot of work. Master style definitions, custom templates, and deliverability statistics would be good improvements. On the other hand, we got it for free with CRM Plus and I'm the only one using the tool, so I can work around these issues and make it work to cancel Mailchimp.
