Pros and Cons

The navigation through the product is easy and intuitive.
The tie in to the mobile app was very easy and allowed for me to access the information when not in the office
I particularly liked how the accounts were set up and information was stored within each record.

I would like to see an easier tie in with saving emails that are sent so that there is a record of all activity.
Enhanced tie in with actual sales would be good. Tie into current accounting systems so that information is easily captured.

Return on Investment

It increased my productivity therefore increasing my business year over year.
I had faster lead conversion because of the way that I was able to track my leads through the sales funnel.

Likelihood to Renew

I had a very positive experience using Zoho and would definitely recommend to my future employers to evaluate it for use in their applications.

I would definitely recommend using Zoho to a colleague. I would ask about how they are going to be using it, if they need to be able to track emails, and if they need to have a financial tie in to the system.
