- Zoho CRM was extremely user friendly when it came to importing contacts and customers from Quickbooks. The import function helped save me time by being able to import customers by salesperson.
- I love the ability to use Zoho CRM in tandem with other Zoho free products such as Campaigns and Zoho Writer. It helps make email blasts easy even for html challenged people like me.
- Zoho needs to make more training material. Zoho CRM, although user friendly for anyone savvy with CRMs, there is no support for newbies.
- The videos that are used for training online are way too technical for the end user.
- Zoho CRM, when it was used correctly, helped us to provide more in-depth analysis of customer trends and needs.
- I was able to track what our outside salespeople were doing and through the upload function, I was able to see the actual quotes that were sent out.
